We use the traditional sand kiln roasting method, which involves filling a brick kiln with sand to distribute heat evenly. This gentle roasting method brings out the barley's natural aroma, sweetness, and subtle bitterness while preserving its natural moisture.
Our skilled artisans carefully roast each barley using a method passed down through generations, ensuring consistent quality and rich flavor.
Because it's a deep roast, you can enjoy its vibrant color and rich aroma even when brewed in cold water.
📍How to Make Barley Tea Bags
◾️Cold Brewed Tea
Add one barley tea bag to 1-1.5 liters of water and refrigerate. Delicious barley tea will be ready in approximately 3 hours.
◾️Hot
Add 1.5L of water and one packet of barley tea to a kettle, boil for 1-2 minutes, and then remove the packet after about 10 minutes.
*The paper packs contain unbleached filters, making them environmentally friendly and safe to use.
