A tea garden where tea is grown naturally and picked only once a year.
A tea farm that has been passed down for generations switched to pesticide-free cultivation after the producer himself fell ill with pesticide poisoning.
We value the cycle in which many plants grow and return to the soil.
Because no fertilizer is used, the same tea leaves have a soft mouthfeel that goes down easily into the body, unlike tea leaves with a rich and savory taste.
There are various flavors such as aroma, sweetness, astringency, and bitterness.
We produce naturally grown tea that is rich and full of wildness.
= Recommended brewing method =
Put the tea leaves and boiling water in a teapot, and discard the hot water first.
(Lightly wash)
Then pour in new hot water.
Wait about 2 minutes before pouring into the teacup.
Make sure to drain the hot water thoroughly.
*It will taste better if you warm up the teapot or tea utensils first.
You don't have to wait until the second brew
(because the tea leaves have already opened)
You can just pour hot water over it as it is.
You can drink as many brews as you like with the same tea leaves.
