● About the tea garden ●
This is a tea garden where tea is grown naturally and picked only once a year.
This tea farm has been passed down for generations, and after the producer himself became ill due to pesticide poisoning, he switched to pesticide-free cultivation.
They value the cycle of many plants growing and returning to the soil.
Because no fertilizer is used, the tea leaves are soft on the palate and easy to digest, unlike tea leaves with a rich, umami flavor.
There are a variety of flavors, including aroma, sweetness, astringency, and bitterness.
They produce naturally grown tea that is rich and full of wild flavor.
= Recommended brewing method =
▶ Hot
It will taste better if you warm the teapot or tea utensil with hot water before brewing. (To prevent the temperature from dropping suddenly when brewing the tea)
203℉ hot water 180ml, 3g of tea leaves, wait 4 minutes.
▶ Cold
Put 13g of tea leaves in 1L of water and leave in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours to steep.
Strain the tea leaves and replace the bottle.
If you leave the tea leaves as they are, they will become bitter.
Be sure to store it in the refrigerator and consume it within two days.
